Last night, Mello, Matty and I went to a Dragonforce concert. It was really fun and a lot of amazing things happened.

First, we were in the car and Matty was talking about how everyone at the concert was going to be 40 year old fat nerds who live in their parents' basements and are addicted to W.O.W. We thought this was funny but didn't expect it to be true... Then, we saw the front of the Palladium and were like " look guys! There's only three people in line!" xD then the guy at the door told us the line was around the corner and it stretched down the whole block. haha silly us. Everyone in the line really were huge nerds and they all stared at us as we walked to the end of the line. I'm pretty sure we were the only people there wearing skinny jeans and we were afraid we were going to get shot.

When we entered the Palladium, there weren't that many people so we got a spot on the floor towards the front on the side.

The first band to come on was POWERGLOVE (lmfao). Their banner was a giant angry old school nintendo controller that was holding a guitar that was also an axe. We predicted that Powerglove was going to be faggots... and we were right. The drummer came out first and was wearing poles that had flags attatched to them. There was one guy that looked like Bowser and one guy looked like a viking and was wearing a man-skirt. We laughed a lot. There was a crazy mosh pit full of nerds and we were scared because we were the shortest ones there, especially Matty. and then Powerglove threw out blow up swords and bats and told people to fight with them. All their songs were from nintendo games and shit like that. The best song was the Power Rangers song which they played last. Go! Go! Power Rangers! Mighty, Morphin' Power Rangers!! At the end they threw out starbursts and we caught some and are saving them forever.

The next band to play was Turisas. While we were waiting we made fake farting noises cause we're cool like that and we also sang some songs from Guitar Hero III like "Slow Ride" by Foghat.

Turisas were also a bunch of faggots. They were wearing red and black paint on their faces and looked like they could be serial killers. They reminded me and Matty of Lord of the Flies. One of the guys played an angsty violin. There were a bunch of crazy fans with painted faces that started an even crazier mosh pit than Powerglove and we got shoved around a little. But we survived. We definately thought we were going to die when Dragonforce came on because the mosh pit kept getting worse.

We were really excited > for Dragonforce to come on, even though Matty only knows 3 songs, I know 2 songs and Mello knows one. When they did come on we screamed for Herman Li because he is the awesomest member of them all, and even cuter IRL. The Bassist was wearing an awesome shirt that said "fuck off I'm drinking" and it was funny. The lead singer drank beer throughout the show and Herman Li made funny faces when he played guitar. We all sang Fury of the Storm cause all three of us knew that one. The mosh pit wasn't that bad and we were slowly moving away from the bouncers, but people started crowd surfing. Matty got crowd surfed on about 3 times and we all got shoved around. Then the besterest thing happened.

Herman Li was running around the stage and then he came over to our side and he wasn't that far away from us. We formed an H with our fingers and... he saw it and POINTED AT US with a surprised face. We sure it was us because no one else was doing anything. Unfortunately, Matty didn't see it, but me and Mello were like " oh my fucking god!! he just pointed at our H!!!" and were freaking out.

Some People were up in the balcony thing towards the right of the stage and were not doing much of anything. The lead singer was like "yo you're not doing anything its Saturday", then Herman Li said ( with his British/Asian accent) " ya its Sataday, why you actin like its Monday?!" and it was SO CUTE and very funny.

Everything they played was wicked awesome and a really fat guy rammed into me and practically broke my arm. They lead singer threw out water and it hit me in the face and got on my shirt and it looked like I was really sweaty.

At the end of the show after they played Through Fire and Flames, Herman Li was throwing out guitar picks on our side of the stage. One came about three inches from may hand and Mello actually touched one but didn't catch it. The lead singer threw water bottles and one hit a bouncer when he wasn't paying attention and i laughed.

Everyone cleared off the floor and then Mr. Nana said to Matty " you'll never want to wash this sweater, Herman Li touched it. We were all like " WHAT!?!?" Apparently, when Herman Li ran around he touched Matty's sweater while going under the bar and was right next to Mr. Nana. Matty was overwhelmed with joy, and i wished i had brought a sweater. Then Mr. Nana was walking around the floor looking at the ground for stuff. Then he talked to someone picking stuff up on stage and got them to give him three Dragonforce guitar picks!!!! It has the Dragonforce logo on the front and says "ultra beat down" underneath. On the back it has Sam's (the other guitarist) sig on it. We were very happy. We talked about the concert the whole way home and then we went to McDonald's.
